Founded in 2017, Ege Prestige was built as a boutique practice for buyers who want fewer, better choices and a quieter standard of service.
Ege Prestige was founded to sit between transactional brokerage and true private advisory. We believe a luxury property search should feel edited, coherent, and deeply informed by how a client actually intends to live or invest.
Our team works across Istanbul, Bodrum, Kalkan, Antalya, and Fethiye, but we remain intentionally selective about what enters the collection. Every listing is assessed for architecture, address quality, ownership practicality, and the quality of the story it allows a buyer to build.
We do not aim to be the largest agency in the market. We aim to be the most composed, most reliable, and most useful at the moment a client needs clear judgement.

Leyla founded Ege Prestige in 2017 after more than a decade advising international buyers across Istanbul and the Aegean coast. Her work sits at the intersection of acquisitions, branding, and client strategy.

His strength lies in balancing emotional appeal with pricing discipline, especially for buyers comparing lifestyle property with pure investment alternatives.
Head of Bodrum Office
Selin curates our peninsula portfolio with a strong focus on architecture, waterfront positioning, and owner experience over the summer season.
She works closely with designers, developers, and marina-side contacts to unlock the quieter side of Bodrum's premium market.
Legal Advisor
Murat oversees title due diligence, contract structuring, and citizenship-linked real estate transactions for local and international buyers.
He is valued for bringing clarity to complex files without slowing momentum or overcomplicating the decision path.
Client Relations Manager
Nina coordinates viewings, travel logistics, and post-sale onboarding for clients relocating from Europe, the CIS, and the Middle East.
Her role is to make each stage feel calm, informed, and personally managed, especially when multiple family stakeholders are involved.
